Introduction

BucketsFP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company” or “we”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy (this “Policy”).

This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, or your Users (as applicable), or that you may provide when you use our website https://BucketsFP.com or other digital properties, including the Community and the BucketsFP Platform (collectively the “Websites”), that link or refer to this Policy when you register for an Account, purchase a Subscription, or use any of our services (collectively, our “Services”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. Capitalized terms used and not defined elsewhere in this Policy will have the meaning set forth for such terms in the Company’s Terms of Service https://BucketsFP.com/terms.

This Policy applies to information we collect:

  • When you access our Services and/or our Websites.
  • In email, text, and other electronic messages from you when accessing our Services and/or our Websites.
  • Through mobile and desktop applications you download for access to our Websites and/or Services, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you, our Websites and our Services.
  • When you interact with the BucketsFP Platform and/or the Community.

It does not apply to information collected by:

  • Any other website operated by a third party, including, but not limited to Google Analytics and Stripe, Inc.
  • Any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising via the Community, as applicable) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Websites.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Websites and/or access our Services. By accessing or using our Websites, you agree to this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy below). Your continued use of our Websites after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this Policy periodically for updates.

Children Under the Age of 16

Our Websites are not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any personal information to or on the Websites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on our Websites, through any of its features, register for an Account, purchase a Subscription, access any of our Services, use any of the interactive or public comment features of our Websites, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any user name or credentials you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Websites, including, but not limited to, information:

  • By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, photographs if you elect to provide one when creating your Account or your profile via the Websites, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (“personal information”);
  • That is about you but individually does not directly identify you, such as your IP address or your geolocation;
  • About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Websites, and usage details.

We collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us.
  • Automatically as you navigate through the Websites and when you access our Services. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies.
  • From third parties, for example, our business partners, Google Analytics, Stripe, Inc., and Outseta LLC.

In the near future, we anticipate updating our Websites and/or adding new or different Services. Accordingly, we anticipate that new and/or different information may likely be collected about users of our Websites upon implementation thereof, and thus, we may update this Policy, as needed, to describe changes in our collection policy.

Information You Provide to Us 

The information we collect on or through our Websites and/or when you are accessing our Services may include:

  • Information that you provide by filling out forms on our Websites. This includes, but is not limited to, information provided at the time of creating an Account, purchasing a Subscription, utilizing the features and functionality via the BucketsFP Platform, generating a Strategy Report, posting or uploading any material or Content, receiving our Services, and/or seeking support in connection with our Website. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Websites.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
  • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
  • Details of activities you carry out through our Websites.
  • Certain financial information that you provide before purchasing a Subscription.
  • Your search queries on the Websites.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of the Websites, or transmitted to other users of the Websites or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”) in accordance with our Terms of Service https://BucketsFP.com/terms. Accordingly, your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we can limit access to certain pages and/or you may set certain privacy settings for you or your Users, as applicable, by logging into your Account, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Websites with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions or with whom you may choose to interact. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed, re-posted, or used by unauthorized persons.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you navigate through and interact with our Websites and access, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Details of your visits to our Websites, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Websites.
  • Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us an email address to grant access to a User, we will transmit information about the Company and provide access to such User using the contents of the information you provided.
  • For your participation in any event, seminar, or any other form of presentation that may be offered via the Community.
  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
  • With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent.   • Promotional Offers from the Company. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of purchasing a Subscription, billing, or any other service-related communications as further described in the Terms of Service.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information and/or Account information by logging into the Websites and visiting your Account profile page.

You may also send us an email at Support@BucketsFP.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your Account. To request that your personal information be deleted, you must send an email to us at Support@BucketsFP.com, provide any and all information that may be requested by us in order to verify the authenticity of your request. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe such change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Your State Privacy Rights

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Websites that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. International Visitors

Information collected through our Websites will be stored in, processed in and subject to the laws of the United States, which may not provide the same level of protection for your information as your home country, and may be available to the United States government or its agencies under a lawful order made in the United States. By using and accessing our Websites, you consent to such transfer to, storage in and processing within the United States.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted by Stripe, Inc. in accordance with the security payment system offered by Stripe, Inc. The Company will not process any payment transactions directly and will not be responsible for the encryption of any payment information.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to your Account and/or certain parts of our Websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Websites like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Websites.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Websites. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Websites.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes that we make to this Policy on our Websites. To review such changes, a notification window (the “Notification”) will appear at the bottom of the Account webpage when you log into your Account for the first time after such change has been implemented. For further information regarding such change(s), you can select the “details” icon in the Notification. You may also email us at Privacy@BucketsFP.com with any questions you have regarding changes to this Policy.

If we make material changes to how we treat user’s personal information, we will also notify you [by email at the email address that is associated with your Account]. The date that this Policy was last revised is identified at the top of this Policy. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Websites and this Policy to check for any changes.
